Client Strategy


Lead client-facing calls that actually move the needle, helping clients refine their offers, messaging, marketing, and delivery systems.

Audit & Feedback


Offer targeted insights and bold feedback that helps clients grow faster with fewer dead-ends, pivots, and second-guessing.

Slack Support

 

Stay plugged in between calls; dropping voice notes, audits, or strategic nudges when clients hit a wall or need momentum.

We’re building a team of thoughtful, skilled coaches who are committed to doing meaningful work with depth, consistency, and care.

In this role, you will:

  • Be trained in the CCI Methods to confidently coach clients step-by-step

  • Lead coaching calls and support clients through implementation

  • Collaborate closely with a team that communicates clearly and supports each other

  • Receive ongoing mentorship from experienced leaders inside the company

  • Work inside proven systems so you’re never “guessing” how to help clients

  • Grow into more responsibility over time based on performance and strengths

And what you won’t be doing:

  • You won’t be sourcing your own clients

  • You won’t be responsible for sales or marketing

  • You won’t be building your own business or brand on the side during work hours

This is a full-time role with clear expectations, real support, and a healthy work culture built on accountability, communication, and shared ownership.
